Funding can be used for one-off items such as, but not limited to:

Due to funding, the Enterprising Worcestershire Grant is only available to eligible businesses in, Bromsgrove, Malvern, Redditch, Wychavon and Wyre Forest districts. For businesses in Worcester, please contact the Worcester City Council.

Kent & Medway have a number of grants.
60% of new businesses fail in the first 3 years. We want to change that in West Yorkshire by helping you to build and grow your new business with the right tools, knowledge, and networks in place.
Eligibility:
- The business is trading, and has been trading less than 3 years (We will consider active trading rather than the technical trading start date – Beginning of invoicing / charging for good and services)
- Aims to achieve a VAT threshold (currently £85,000 per annum) level of turnover within 2 years
- Ambitions to recruit and build the team within 12 months
- Be based in West Yorkshire (Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Wakefield, and Leeds).
- Be an SME and trading B2B (selling to other businesses). Or B2C (selling to consumers) but only if more than 50% of turnover is derived from customers located outside of the West Yorkshire geography

Staffordshire Start Up Grants of up to £2,000 to young people in Staffordshire or Shropshire who need support with business start-up costs that they would otherwise not be able to afford, and particularly those who are not in education, employment, or training. This is not a loan scheme and recipients do not need to pay the grant back.
Individuals can apply if you:
- Are aged 18 to 30.
- Applications can only be from sole traders/limited companies that have been trading for less than 2 years.
- Applications solely for “business ideas” will not be considered. You must be able to give evidence of significant steps taken to get your business off the ground.
- Applications must demonstrate a financial need for the grant.
- Applications can only come from businesses that have a business bank account.
- Applications must detail a specific use for the grant, with quotes provided.
